Looking for a social media manager to get my Twitter followers to 10,000+ of REAL followers

Please include in your quote a price for getting me to this milestone, and also how long you estimate it will take. A brief description of how you will acquire the followers is essential. I do not care too much about the quality of followers, just that they are real people. Anyone who takes this job and tries to pay for followers online and pockets the difference will fail, as I will check followers and people with no followers of their own will be obvious fakes. So you will be doing whatever is needed, including posting rapidly/following rapidly for follow backs/dm'ing and whatever you need to do to get me 10k followers. If the account is disabled by twitter due to unethical practices, you will not be paid, of course.
