50K Facebook Fans

I am looking for 50,000 facebook fans for my fan page. Fan requirements: 1) They must be real people (no fake accounts) 2) They can be from any country. But most them must be from USA, India, UK, Australia. (minimum of 6,000 from each of this country) 3) All fans must have more than 50 friends and at least 1 photo. 5) Should have regular or semi-regular status updates, i.e. not more than 2 weeks old. 6) Project must be completed within 10 days or less after project is awarded to you. IMPORTANT: 1) I will pay 15 days after project delivery, only for those fans that remain active after 15 days. 2) Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for. 3) No black hat methods for inviting fans, i.e. facebook account and page must not be banned/suspended, or get any warnings for your actions. 4) I will not give my account password. (I will only give you the page link) 5) Will escrow 50% (milestone payment) after 25,000 fans are successfully added. ( I will only escrow if you meet this 25,000 target within 5 days, If not project will be canceled and will not be paid) 6) I will only release payments after 15 days from project delivery (must meet all requirements and conditions). 7) You must be able to communicate with me in English and be able to maintain close and fast communication with me until project is completed.
