Adding features and Modification of existing Application web app with record management and CRM with payment gateway and booking system.

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software application to be device agnostic developed using HTML php, laravel, AWS, MySQL, database design ,stripe payments expanding features and refining the existing project for my IP. It will require a back up feature for each user to download data and modifications to security with user logic and CRM. This application may need a local storage option for the end user in the future. Further details will be confirmed by email and accepting the project is accepting the terms of standard NDA and IP terms. This is an ongoing project with planning, implementation testing and modification required.
