Develop a Binance API/Webhook service

REQUIREMENT I require two service to be written: 1. Data Collector (Worker Service) 2. Trade Service (API) The data collector will use Binance websockets to stream orderbooks for spot trading. Every second the order books need to be pushed to a hub using SignalR(this already exists) as a pre-defined object(will be supplied). The Data collector must have as close to 100% uptime and handle disconnects correctly. The trade service will be an API that will be called to get wallet balances and execute trades from other services over http. A successful candidate must create their own library to interact with the Binance API and Websockets, and not use a pre-built solution produced by Binance or third parties.
