Hello everyone, I need someone to help with an open source project screenrecorder. The application works great as it is today. But i would need someone to make it smooth as Action Mirllis recorder. And let it record in 60 fps. Perhaps this can be accomplished by using parallel processing like the OpenMP library. I attach a video made by the tool called screencast capture lite. and also one from Action Mirllis screenrecorder. So i basicly need two things: 1. Optimization of the tool for smooth and fast recordings. 2. Repackage of the tool binaries for installation, plus the new source code. Hi, thanks for the the invite. I believe I bid on an identical project about 5 days ago? :) As for your project and it's requirements, what you need is a C++ and DirectX based screen recorder. This is the best set of technologies to utilise, if performance and frame rate-control etc are priority requirements. I will look in to it, and get back to you this weekend. PLEASE Do acknowledge my proposal, so that I can take the project a bit more seriously!

Hi. I'm a programmer from Russia with strong skills in C++. You can see the full list of my skills on my profile page. I'm good with version control systems, I worked with Git and Bazaar, but I'm able to learn other systems as well. My knowledge in this field includes simple actions like staging changes, commiting them to a local repository, pushing them to a remote one, merging changes, branching, and more complex actions like resolving the conflicts etc. As for your project, I think, it needs profiling, maybe some system calls require too much time.
