Nike SNKRS APP

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Python or any recommend programs. The program in my vision should be able to create a large quantity of accounts with verified US/UK phone numbers. The SNKRS APP uses SMS text verification for each individual account created. The program should be able to send created accounts to a folder with the email and password info. Would preferably like it to let me chose which email and/or password to use to generate. Also, would like if at all possible to send the generated accounts email to get forwarded to a specified email and would like to change the email whenever. Also, it would be amazing if you could implement an option to reverify specified accounts incase accounts get unverified. You will also need to show me how to run program. Any input is appreciated and welcomed as im new to this and would love to learn!
