Hello Sir ! I build Internet of Things (IoT) application using wide range of different micro-computer and micro-controllers such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, NodeMCU, micro:Bit, ESP8266, ESP32, Linklt 7688, Linklt 7697, Particle Photon and STM32 MCU Nucleo. I also have build 5 voice control applications, please refer to my portfolio for details. I like to clarify your project requirement: User will speak via a mic that connect to a computer that is running the application (the application require to be build for this project) that will be interface with either IBM Watson or Microsoft Azure API speech library. Then the application will convert the speech into text, that will display on the web application. Is my understanding above correct ? If it is correct, then it will be my job scope for the project. I have some questions: 1. The converted speech to text application, just display those text on Python terminal ? 2. How long the project as mentioned above require to deliver ? 3. What will happen for this works, after the project is deliver ? I am also looking for long term work relationship. I would like to state: 1. Any cost involve to use the IBM Watson or Microsoft Azure API speech library, will have to be bear by you. 2. As Python being my strongest programing language and using Django for years for building restful webservices. Also have worked on watson APIs, for chatbots. Also doing lot of stuff on Text processing using various toolkits like NLTK, seqtoseq models, attention based models and many more. So I think I can do lot of justice to this project, and it directly falls into my strong zone.
