Rename a given file in all subdirectories by adding its folder name to it

I have a file called [login to view URL] in multiple subfolders (Windows OS). I need a batch file that would take the [login to view URL] one by one from all subfolders, and create a [login to view URL] file containing of unique lines from all the [login to view URL] files in the subfolders. So, if I have [login to view URL] file in subfolder1 and [login to view URL] in subfolder9/1/2/3/ (more subfolders, yes), then I need this: subfolder1/[login to view URL] and subfolder9/1/2/3/[login to view URL] Please know that files are not in first child subfolder, but could be various levels of subfolders. Please help. I know this is pretty easy, so I am puttin this for hourly basis amd I guess I would have to pay for only one hour, as this looks like a 10mins-maximum job for a knowledgeable guy.
