I have a series of vehicle trackers where I need to receive the tracking data from and which should be posted to my internal database server. I need an application that can receive the data coming from multiple connections and ports simultaneously and that convert the data from these byte-arrays into readable data which will be stored in my internal database server. The application is also required to send back a confirmation message to the tracker to indicate that the data has been processed. I will configure the trackers to send the information to an url of your choice. I will also provide you with a wiki-page that contains more information about the protocol to use. I require the sourcecode of the project which is to be built as a C# WinForms-application, suited for at least .Net4, with clear comments in the source.
