Urgent - Preparing software documentation and sample test verification

For cloud based software for which we need a draft software documentation and sample test verification reports. The software documentation should be a general one suitable for any kind of cloud based, PHP, mysql system. Also need sample traceability verification report and a sample test verification report . This test report can be a general one for cloud system having different users logings, data update and report generation The requirement is urgen and should be completed in 2 days. The docs need not be realistic but a general one.
