Write some Software

Collect assemble and test Python libraries for a general purpose Genetic Programming software piece. Web has several sites that contain libraries for that, including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, matplotlib, PyTable, etc. Package should be able to read financial data from Yahoo and Google to provide input to evolve the programs. Simple Fitness function to start with such as max 5 day growth with min 5 day risc. Output should be list of top rated programs ready to be tested on a subsequent data set. Say 5 years data from S&P 500, with using first 3 years to evolve population of programs while reserving the last 2 for testing and validation. A quick web search cm identify a number of Python sites that provide most of these functions ready to be downloaded and linken into a cohesive program. Initial population size should be about 5000 and the program should be able to run for 1000 generations or more. Payment will be based on 1) successful collection of input data 2) Successful assembly of Python software and 3) successful run and output customization in coordination with me.
