Zerodha Kite api Or Upstox api development

I need you to develop a small web app for me using .Net and host on some server from where it can be accessible to me. I am okay with Kite or Upstox API I need live data for highest Open interest in Call and Put for Each FNO Stock. The Proposed application should highlight the stocks where LTP or Day's high is greater than highest Call Strike Price. For Put, it should show LTP or Day's low is less than highest Open interest in Put strike price.
