Requirements: • Generate a look up which shows the following: Dealership Dealer Name Customer Name product Special Requirements (new field) • product status which show "In Progress" and "in progress no demands and needs." • When selected this would then show one list with the information shown above • Information able to be printed out with double spacing allowing for notes. • Auto populate pre designed template with details of cars on order • System to automatically send email to each dealer (dependant on cars on order) listing cars on order. • System to send email to the dealer and cc staff member when ‘product status’ changes to in stock • System to send email on specific day • Must be integrated using Microsoft Sharepoint (current system) • Create share point page to display relevant user interface • Create code to lookup data requested by user interface • Create SQL query to fetch email qualifiers Qualifiers to be: 1) Day 2) Has product been ordered? 3) Dealer name 4) Dealer email address 5) Data to be injected to pre designed email form • Create form in info path to handle email qualifiers produced from SQL query • Create code to email from • Create SQL query to fetch vehicle in stock qualifiers Qualifiers to be: 1) Ordered vehicle 2) Dealer name 3) Dealer email address 4) product in stock? 5) Data to be injected to pre designed email form • Create code to email from and cc staff member
