Hi There I have read your aptitude test I am sure I have the skills for this however I could not complete the test without some further information (I don't believe anyone could) I will explain my reasoning The first section of questions is straight forward (assuming you wanted the age of the patient to be at the time of visit.) However the second section and therefore the third section relies on an understanding of how many people out of a given set did NOT visit. If we were provided with the numbers of people signed up for the other companies Madison or CIC corporate for example, then we could extrapolate from that the average number of visits for each person that was signed up with the scheme. without this piece of information it is guesswork. Ideally other information such as the gender and age profile of these people would make the estimations more accurate. At first I thought I could make an assumption about some of these numbers looking at the ID numbers. My thinking was that ID numbers would be assigned incrementally to all people signed up from a particular payor. however having done some analysis I can see that each patient is not associated with a particular payor (it seems that the data is randomized in this respect. I know excel inside out and I have been working on data analysis projects for 12+ years. Although I am new to Freelancer I am confident I could be valuable to you. I am black belt certified in Six Sigma and design for six sigma methodologies and have extensive experience in creating dashboards and creating meaningful insights out of data. Although a newbie at Freelancer, but I come with 20+ years of corporate project management experience. Two metrics I've learnt not to compromise on is quality of work and timely delivery, and I will hold myself accountable on these key metrics. The data set provided for the aptitude test is inadequate. While section a) and b)1 can be completed, more details are required to complete the analysis beyond b)1.

The first section of test can be solved with given data. Answers are 1: 20 Years (considering age at visit), 2: 832186, 3: 1075, 4:10 percent. I have solved it in Python Jupiter and I am very much able to solve it in excel as well. But for 2nd and 3rd section, We don't have enough data. The patients from Mulika Ltd cannot be seen in the data to solve 2nd section. And to solve 3rd section, we should have recorded the employers of the patients in main table even who paid for themselves. I have experience of handling data in excel. I used to analyze shipment data when I was working with previous full time employer. I also used to prepare and analyze Bill of materials (Which is basically list of all parts used in final product etc) which was required for a govt export incentive scheme which my previous employer used to avail. I have well recognized certifications in Machine learning and data science. I have skills such as python, statistics, machine learning, SQL,Tableau, matlab. Apart from technical skills, I have experience in a commercial role of export-import which polised my inter-personal skills in a best way.
