Villa rooftop Jacuzzi

The brief: I am doing some home improvements of my villa, and part of this I am wanting to install a Jacuzzi on my rooftop. I am not however sure the rooftop will sustain the weight of everything. (The Jacuzzi + Water + People on the rooftop.) Villa drawing can be supplied on awarding of the project. I am looking for: 1. A Structural Engineer that can do a site visit in Dubai at villa location. 2. Make an assessment whether the place we are thinking of placing the jacuzzi will be able to hold the weight. 3. Write a report on the project that can be submitted to Landlord. Attached is a brief I gave to the Crane suppliers.
