We need: development team to help with building a time tracking app using native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) frameworks and the associated web tool

We need a dedicated development team to help with building a time tracking app using native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) frameworks and the associated web tool. Assistance is also required when it comes to building APIs for integrating the app with the counter web tool. The app is partially developed. Main use case: App => will be used by temporary workers to track work time spent on field (initial target group – constructions workers) and share a report with the employer and project manager of the construction project. Main functionalities for the app: - Login flow - Use integrated counter to track time spent at work - Use data forms to collect work/break time, expenses data, holiday, paid leave etc. - Enable GPS tracking - Upload photos, PDFs and access photo camera - Export CSV reports based on the data added into the app - Send/receive messages from workplace contacts (from employee – app to agency – web tool) Web => the employer and project manager will be using through the web tool the data coming from the employee’s app to monitor, change (if needed), issue client invoices, reports and payroll. Main functionalities for the web: - Login and registration flow - Headquarters, Branches, Super Users and Sub users infrastructure for employer and client accounts - System admin account (system overview & control) - Reporting & dashboard - Invoicing & payroll - Messaging option - Apply for leave option for employees Please bear in mind that: - The design specs and high fidelity mock ups are offered by us (build with Figma + CSS export, PSD) - The documentation contains user stories and detailed functional requirements. When sharing your offer please include: - Previous experience with similar technologies - Team size and availability (at least 6 hours/day during CET time zone 07:30 – 18:00) - Price and time estimations for app development and API separately. We also need assistance (partially developed) with the web tool – if you have experience with PHP (Laravel) and MySql, please let us know and we can touch base on that as well.
