Remote configuration- Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2007

Hello, I installed windows server 2003, and now installed exchange server 2007 inorder to sync my outlook on the desktop pc with each and my mobil phone. Further did I install Blackberry Server Express. You need to help me configurate the 3 programms so they work together. you need to to creat email accounts in exchange and explain me how i can add new useres in brief so i get my head around later.
