Generate Sales Leads for a Software development firm

My client is a Software Development Firm based in Pune, India and they do software development using Microsoft .Net, C#,SQL 2008,Vb.net,Php, iPhone, Mac Apps, E-Commerce web sites, custom process automation for various companies based in USA, Europe and Australia. They want us to generate leads for potential new customers in US in order to expand their client base. I want you to bid per verifiable lead generated - lead would need to have 1. Company based in USA using one of the above technologies for their IT requirements. 2. Lead will have to have a contact name, phone number and email address of the person in charge for IT or at least Manager of IT. 3. Email address should not bounce. We want a max of 10 leads to start off with. Also I want to know how much you will charge if you were to setup a telephonic appointment with the contact person of lead generated with the Director of my client company and facilitate the initial meeting.
