Italian Phone interviewer

We are a Canadian company looking for home-based, part-time professional phone interviewers to call our client’s customers. We would like to hire several people to do the calls all across Germany. THE JOB: We are looking for native Italian or Swiss-Italian speakers to interview our client’s customers. You will be calling in your native language, and you need to speak and write it perfectly. You should also have very good English speaking/listening skills. We need professionals team members to call our client’s customers to inquire about their level of satisfaction in their relationship with our client. As a business researcher, you will be conducting short satisfaction surveys, often with decision makers who make large purchases from our client. This position is not a telemarketing job; you are not selling anything. However, you do represent the client and us; therefore our professional standards of conduct are high. HOURS: Flexible, between 8 am and 6 pm Switzerland time. We would like you to commit to a minimum of 20 hours a week. If you like us and our client likes you, we can discuss your working on other campaigns. QUALIFICATIONS • You like people, have extraordinary listening skills and can respond empathetically while maintaining interviewer neutrality. • You have a probing mind and are genuinely interested in continuous quality improvement. • You are detail oriented and accurate. • You are reliable. If you say you will work 20 hours this week, you will keep your commitment. • Equipment needed? You need only a reliable high-speed connection with direct(cabled) access to the internet; a recent computer; a medium-quality or better headset with microphone, and a quiet workspace.
