Telemarketing Individual Franchise Owners

My business offers Credit Card Processing services. My sales process works a little differently from my competitors. I deal directly with large franchise operations. After speaking with the franchiser I receive his endorsement to contact each individual franchise owner to pitch my collective pricing deal. I have an email campaign set up that sends an auto email to each new record added to our database. This email contains all the information necessary for the franchise owner to sign up and take advantage of our pricing plan. I recently set up a deal with a 300 location pizza franchise. I need each location called, using a specific script that I will provide including a specific reference to the Franchiser which all the franchisees know, this is the key to a successful contact. I need the first name of the franchisee at each location, their email address, alternate phone number if available and confirmation that this information was received from the franchise owner / manager, directly. This is not a hard sell, this needs to be handled carefully, one upset franchise owner will be a problem for me, if they are unwilling to talk the first time, I want to leave the door open to call back after a few months, once the majority of the other locations have agreed to my offer. I have already laid out the pricing for the original Franchiser and received his permission to contact all the original franchisees. I simply need to get an email to them and most of them will switch over in time. I would like to create some milestones from 50 emails collected up to 200. Once you have received information from 200 of the 300 locations, I will spend a month or so completing paperwork for these locations, updating our sales pitch to reflect the locations we already service and create a new project to contact the remaining locations.
