Looking for App Beta-Test team and Manager

Hello, I'm CTO of Infowork inc. in Korea. We're preparing a project issued by Korea government agency. The main purpose of this project is beta-testing for 25 different Apps(Mobile Apps). Finding a company or team or someone who can organize the regional beta-testing team like below. Especially in China and US. Of course, you can apply for the both area. **IMPORTANT** All the respondents(beta-testers must be a native in US or China. Please, propose the total cost. This Post will be closed as I found a proper partner or enough group of participants. After the bid, the participants will make a contract with Infowork inc. We'll make a direct contract with company, but will use freelancer.com if participants are team. "YOU CAN APPLY FOR ONE PART OF THE REGIONS OR FOR A PART OF THE TEST GROUP OR A PART OF THE EACH TEAM." BUT, IN GENERAL USER CASE only TEAM is possible. To conduct this test, we'll prepare a centralized testing control environment. ('Centercode connect' : [login to view URL] ) The detail beta-testing requirements are below, <> US : negotiated(USD) / hour, China : negotiated(USD) / hour US : negotiated (USD) / hour China : negotiated (USD) / hour US : negotiated (USD) / hour China : negotiated (USD) / hour : 25 different Apps from different company. : Two phases. 12~13 subjected Apps per each phase. : China - General User Group : 50 respondents - Power User Group : 10 respondents - Expert Group : 2 respondents more (per each App) : US - General User Group : 50 respondents - Power User Group : 10 respondents - Expert Group : 2 respondents more (per each App) For more understanding, General user : Public or Test community members or amateur part time participants hired by you. Power user : Professional testers, developers. Expert : someone who has experience or knowledge in specific business area like health care, stock market, etc. These experts can be found from web blog or related business communities. There are 2 times beta testing phase in the project for total ( Project will be started in the middle of July/2013 and ended in the middle of April/2014) - 4~6 weeks per one beta-testing phase. - Desired Average testing time per general users : 1 hours (per Apps) --> result : test completion report, answers for questionnaire - Desired Average testing time per Power users : 1 hours (per Apps) --> result : test completion report, answers for questionnaire, bug report, Improvement direction guide for UX - Desired Average testing time per Experts : 1 hours. (per Apps) --> result : direction for Localization, analysis for commercialization, Improvement direction guide for UX.
