Unity3D Health System

I require a one on one programmer for the job, do not accept this project if you're working as a team or if you're just the one bidding and reporting back to someone else. I will ask technical questions, if you fail to respond with the answers this is a sure guide you're not the programmer and will be removed from the project. I require a health system for Unity3d version 5.3.2 and above. The health system will be displayed on the left arm on a mobile phone screen sized object. When I press, for example the letter E, an arm band is displayed (This may require animation, otherwise an object will be displayed to the character) it will show a black screen like the old computer screens of the 80's with green text. The health bar system will show Oxygen, Food+Water, Temperature and Damage. On that same screen there may be other information being displayed for example a tabbed window, first tab displays health system, 2nd displays a radar system, 3rd tab displays information about the area e.g. is the area hostile or what enemies might roam that area etc. The health system can be set out to display on 4 lines Oxygen Food+Water Temperature Damage The Oxygen - The health of the player. Food+Water - Player will be required to interact with Food+Water to increase this bar and stay alive. Temperature - The surface area will always remain cold, the bar will decrease for example 1% every 5mins, having an option to specify the % and time would be useful if I need to change this. If a player walks into a zone that is warm, the bar will react and increase. Damage - mainly damage from the enemy or fall damage. Each line in green text and a green progress bar. If you're unsure of the text display, please Google: 80's green text computers and look in images to get an idea. I require the source in the form of a .unitypackage, when packing no need to include anything from the standard assets, only need the scripts and full documentation in the code as well as a PDF outlining how to setup a scene. The script needs to be attached to a character controller. At the moment I don't have a character setup so documentation on how to add to a character will be required. Please read attached document for all the details Conclusion: You're creating a health system script, with additional options and giving me advice on what is the best method to accomplish this task. The script work may require animation when pressing the related key to display the information, yet this may also not be needed. This project may include additional options added to this. The price you're bidding on is the price for the complete project, don't start asking for additional funds, this will be reported if you attempt to do this. Successful bidders who prove they can do this work with an example of what I am asking for will be highly regarded for the job.
