I am calling all designers to join me. Minimum 5 years of actual experience needed with a strong portfolio. Architecture License not required, but a huge bonus. I would like to start taking large projects, but would need a team for that. All pay will be split EVENLY. Those not pulling their weight will be cut from the team. A little about me: I am a design specialist. I love creating original designs that blend with the surroundings. I like to push boundaries and create works of art. I can maximize space and create stress relieving environments. My designs offer privacy and relaxation. I am looking for: - a technical person (someone who likes to do detailed floor plans in revit and autocad) - another design specialist like me - a project leader (someone who will keep in constant contact with clients and make sure everyone is doing their jobs) - a licensed architect who is familiar with regulations and will research rules and regulations for wherever we are building (this person will be responsible for telling the design specialists what is pragmatic and what isn't - we get carried away sometimes with the design) - and finally a structural engineer to do the numbers and make sure the build is safe and sound.
