Modelling and rendering 3D wall panel decor

I am looking to create a full range of artistic 3D wall paneling made from MDF. The panels are to be created using a CNC router to machine the patterns into the sheets of MDF. This project will be used as a tester to see if i can achieve the results that im looking for, so only 3 designs will be required for this project. This project will require a freelancer with 3D modelling skills and preferably some knowledge about CNC router machining. Some research on the topic might need to be done by the freelancer. If i am satisfied, i will create further projects with the freelancer in order to complete an entire design range. Each design is to be submitted with the following: - 5000x3000mm 3D Model (STP/IGES/STL as well as format of software used) - 500x500mm Sample 3D Model (STP/IGES/STL as well as format of software used) - All accompanying 2D vectors (DXF/EPS) for machining toolpath - Face on rendering image (High Res JPG), scale consistent for all designs, model white in colour - Isometric angle rendering image (High Res JPG), scale consistent for all designs, white background with ground shadow - Any notes for manufacturing, eg type and size of bit to be used All details can be discussed if unclear.
