Polo/Swim Clip

This project is to design a stylized "caribiner" or clip that will fit on backpacks. The design will mimic the company logo (see 6-8 [login to view URL] attached). the "clip" simply needs to hang securely on a backpack and not come off easily as backpacks are thrown around allot. (see example pic attached). The use case is a swimmer or water polo player who uses this clip to hang their wet swim suits and waterpolo cap (will hang via tied together cap strings) after a practice or a game so that they can dry and not get contents inside the backpack wet. Deliverables: A .stl file is provided for starters. It's not exactly what I"m looking for (see below) but may save you some time. You will produce two designs (digitally - can upload on viewer for me to dynamically review with my client) for consideration by my client, and one will be chosen for final production. You will deliver both models but one will be chosen to send to 3D printing service. You will provide all 3D files (including .f3d, .stl). In both designs: The top to bottom length is 4" The widest part of the bottom section of the "8" figure is 2.5" The thickness is roughly 3/8 (not as important so there is flexibility there to meet functional needs) See 6-8 [login to view URL] file attached for above example. However, the 3D print will be all just one color plastic (either white or grey which will be representative of the current logo light blue area on the 6.) Regarding the other two colors (dark blue and yellow on the design 2 extruded circle) would you recommend trying a hatch pattern of some sort on the top layer to differentiate, or perhaps a certain type of engraving? Your ideas are welcome. I can also accept just the one plastic color if hatchwork or engraving is too complex and costly. The specifications of each of the two designs: In design #1, the center of the "6" will be empty, a void. See example attached. In design #2, the center of the "6" will be more exactly mimicking the logo, with the center circle extruded from a base layer bottom. A base layer (of perhaps 1/8"?) will support this 1/4" extruded circle. I'm no modeler, so I leave that decision up to you. Resources/references: The attached 6-8 [login to view URL] file is the actual logo that I'm trying to mimic to make this caribiner/clip. Please slightly round all potential sharp pointy edges, for instance the upper right point of the "6", and all squared edges of the piece should be slightly rounded.
