Hi, I have opened your file and checked the drawings. I use REVIT which is a sister program to AutoCAD - so very compatible. Although you can import CAD files into REVIT which helps the process, your building requires totally redrawing in order to use the render and walk through functions off REVIT. This will be the same for any modelling program. The redraw is therefore reflected in my price. I am sorry if this is more than you anticipated but if you want the project to be done professionally by someone with 34 years experience in drawing buildings this is my price.
