Game Example: [login to view URL] Moxon Games are looking for an experienced Game Artist for UI (MUST HAVE STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF SOCCER/FOOTBALL) to join our team. We have built a game design document and wireframes. As the founder, I am driven, open, flexible but a knowledgeable gamer. I have experience from previously launching our title to beta. What we are looking for is someone with experience creating artwork and visualising game concepts, UI screens for mobile devices. The ideal candidate would have a passion for football managing games or at least a decent knowledge of the sport. We are keener on offering work in exchange for equity, although a salary can be offered for the right candidate. Our goal is to launch an MVP by the end of 2021 and will be applying for further grants/funding. We believe this will eventually be turning over upwards of £5m/year with decent profit margins. More on our game below: ABSOLUTE FOOTBALL MANAGER is an online multiplayer game for iPhone and Android. It will use a text commentary system (as opposed to watching a 3d match). The concept is a simple format; it is a football meta-game (rock paper scissors), which focuses solely on using your brawn to defeat the other player through concealed tactics. You pick from one of five tactics, in the hope of countering the other players movements. You will have a computerised assistant manager who watches the game unfold and is collecting stats to determine what tactic your opponent has chosen. Meanwhile your opponent is doing the same; your assistant helps you to figure out how best to beat them. Your five tactics are: Attack (red) Defense (yellow) Counter (orange) Possession (purple) Long Ball (green) As you can see in this diagram, (1) red beats yellow, (2) yellow beats purple, (3) purple beats green, (4) green beats orange and finally; (5) orange beats red - as previously mentioned, much like rock-paper-scissors. Just like a classic football format, you choose 11 players from your squad to line up your team. Your players will have a preferred tactic and if you are smart about it, you will choose relevant players to match your style of play; you want to play to their strengths. However, to fool your opponent, you may not want to choose too many players that advertise what tactic you are, unless this is a bluff. As a clue to figuring out your opponent’s tactic, your assistant will show you what they have started the last five games with. YOU CAN ONLY CHANGE YOUR TACTIC ONCE.
