Company description The eSports Company is the lead agency for the implementation of the FIFAe Club World Cup and FIFAe Nations Cup Series 2021/2022 and looks back on almost 20 years of experience and expertise in FIFAe Sports. In addition to global FIFAe Sports tournaments, The eSports Company has also been the lead agency for the DFL Virtual Bundesliga for 3 years. Job description For the Online Qualification of the FIFAe Club World Cup 2021/2022 and FIFAe Nations Cup 2021/2022 we are looking for referees that support our main team during the competition days. We are a young team located in Germany with flat hierarchies and a relaxed working atmosphere. The referee’s job is to oversee Online Qualification matches and enforce the applicable rulebook. The focus is on communication with the clubs and players. A competition software will be used for all the referee purposes. Further tasks • Checking if results of the matches have been entered • Checking if players have started the matches in time • Solving in-game/general disputes Before the start of the Online Qualification there will be a detailed training session where the referees will be prepared for the assignment. Dates for training sessions will be communicated to a later stage.
