Transparent HTML5 Video3

We have a video with an alpha channel on it that, using Flash, we've made transparent for a web site - it's essentially a video spokesperson who is talking about items on the page. We want to have this same effect for iOS devices - this rules out Flash, of course. What we need is to have the video display in HTML5 *with the transparency*. I've attached an alpha channel .flv video to this project - feel free to use it as you will. I can provide this video in essentially any format you might need - just let me know and I will get it to you. The ideal return from this project would be an HTML page demonstrating the transparency along with all needed files (.ogg, .css, .js, whatever).
