Video intro for adobe premier

I need a 10 second intro for video clips done in adobe premiere. I need the format of the finished product to be WMV (Windows Media Video) or if you can recomend a better format for adobe premiere. I also required for the bidders to provide samples of intros they have done before. If you don't have more than 10 complete video projects on your feed back don't even bother because you will not be considered for the job. The video will consist of a gradient background, a cartoon dog seating watching the logo fly in, the logo of the site will fly real small from the middle in to the foreground center, once that happens the dog will bark once. This is a small project so my budget is $50 USD I will provide the winner of the project with a background and graphics to be use in the video. Also I have to test video on premiere before payment is made in full. good luck to all
