This is the ideal role for candidates with BPO Customer Support Call Center, IT Helpdesk or Outsourced Managed IT Services background. Role description: - Email and phone based Cloud Service\App Support with Windows10 & MacOS Connector Clients - Effective and timely communication with customers, internal teams and partners - Assisting with software product training - Assisting with administrative tasks - Assisting with sales tasks Skills required: - Cloud Service\App Support experience or Software Support experience (1 year+) - Proven ability to learn from tutorials how to configure and use Cloud Service\App - Understanding of how to install, setup and configure Windows 10 and MacOS Apps - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this position Desirable\Advantage experience: - 1st or 2nd level IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support, Consulting or a similar type (1 year) - Pre-Sales Support or a similar role working with leads and trial account customers (1 year) - Experience with support ticket systems (e.g. Zendesk, FreshDesk) - Experience with webinar\remote assistance systems (e.g. Zoom, GoToMeeting) This is an excellent opportunity for any self-starter, self-motivated, intelligent, articulate and confident personality to join a dynamic and growing company.
