Unhack my site

My site has been hacked by Digital Security Team Rain Army I have the steps to restore the site, i just need someone understands to help me sort it out I would advise that you disable any sites that been compromised, then backup and remove the sites off the VPS and then upload a clean copy. I would advise changing all relevant passwords including VPS, CMS, database etc and also making sure that all plugins are up to date as this is normally however the attackers get in. I would advise you to check your VPS logs to see if you can find out how this compromise occurred and what files have been accessed and try to locate the IP address and then block it via CPhulk. These are the things i need you to do. Of course this is very urgent so i need someone who is available to do this within the hour. Thank you
