Banner Creation (Need it Fast)

I need two animated gif banners for the site [login to view URL] The sizes should be 468x60 and 173x163 I want the banners to animate some of the things we offer. The banners should be fast loading. If I accept your bid I'll need the work done today. We are in a rush on this one. Please also provide a couple examples of your work.
