Seeking to re-create the SMS option formerly available in Outlook 2010, within the Outlook 2013-16 environment. We currently use it directly from with Outlook 2010. We also use it extensively from within MS Access, where we click on a Mobile telephone number, and it opens within Outlook, within the SMS message form, with mobile number already entered. We are putting off moving away from Office 2010 until we find a solution. Note that we use API's to create SMS from within MS Access, but open to any solution. Also, we are based in Australia and use an Australian SMS provider. Anyone with a solution please let me know. Thank you. Project budget 50$+/-

Dear client I have already created an outlook plugin which allows user to send SMS from Outlook. It has side bar panel and User will need to enter text . It allows user to choose contact number from contact list that is called address book of outlook. I am ready to show demo before hiring me.
