Microsoft Kinect development

Im looking for Microsoft kinect developers , the job is to code an output which detect thumbs up and thumbs down gestures. If it is thumbs up , then Green colour in the output circle , if it is thumbs down , then red colour. I want a very clear representation of the output. Need the output in 2 days. It should be in both seated and standing position. In Visual studio 2010. SDK version 1.6 It is a low budget and the freelancer who completes this project will be my long term freelancer for any kinect projects in the future.
