mass mail sending-promote site

hello. i want to promote my site well. and get it out there to millions of mail users around the world. i have seen several massmail-programs on the net. i have also bought 2 different programs. but it does not seems to work. i do belive they are just fake/scams. so that was a complete waste of money. i have several times recived mail in my account, and some ended up in my trach can. but some mails you do check out anyway. and some looks interesting. a while ago i recived a mail like this, and the mail was about a website that was quite simular to mine, a kid of modeling site. and also brand new like mine.. and just a few days later they had 10.000 of new users... so, apparently the program they used fo this seems to work very good. (of course the site need to look and be interesting also, and the same goes for the mail).. the mail did llok fine also, and when you clicked the big picture in the mail you was directly forwarded to the site... so, is there anyone who can marketing the site for me in a way like this. like millions and millions of users around the world would get the info about this site of me. and may become interesting and want to check it out? or maybe you just know about a program just like this,,, and thay you really know for sure does work and does as it says. if so,,, maybe you could provide me the info?
