Finding Journal articles and Research Papers

I need 40-50 journal articles and 20 research papers that cover the area of skills required by a project manager. It should not be industry specific skills. Both journal articles and research papers should be from the year 2000 onwards and should be distributed over the past 12 years. They should not be from the same year. However 5 journal articles and 5 research papers should be between 1995 to 2000. References for all articles should be available. I need the articles by 08/07/2012. I am ready to pay £0.25 per relevant article or research and will pay per the articles you find. The price is negotiable.
