48285 Mambo template css problem

I need help correcting a small CSS/HTML problem with a mambo template (javaprofile) that I am working on. The problem is that the template only works in IE and does not work in Firefox or Safari. You can check it out at http://www.memoriallending.com. In Firefox, the top header tab images/navigation links do not display correctly. In Safari, the whole header is blown out. I have even tried removing the header tab images from the HTML and it blows it out in all three browsers. I need someone with stong css experience to 1) make the template work in all three browsers, and 2) make it so that I can remove the header tabs and navgation links from the HTML if I wanted to without messing up the template. It should be a quick fix.
