527782 Landing Page PSD Design - Help us Convert Banner Clicks.

Hello, I am looking for someone with experience in designing Landing Pages. These pages are displayed after someone clicks our banner. I am looking for someone to design the pages only. No code work is needed. They should provide us with a final PSD file for the project that we will take and make into a website. Please do not bid if you have ZERO feedback. Also, you must have a portfolio with PREVIOUS LANDING PAGE DESIGN EXPERIENCE.
