An online survey of 2000 Australian companies is planned for January 2013. A letter will be posted to the CEO providing a user name and a login password ( 4 alphanumeric characters) . They will be invited to proceed to the website to complete an online survey . The survey will consist of 20 questions such as " When will the trustees of superfunds be obliged to offer the government's My Super default option ? Is it: A 1 July 2013 B 1 January 2014 C 1 JUly 2014 D the commencement date has not been announced they will tick the relevant box ....and they will be provided immediately the correct answer The website must provide a mechanism to say ...wrong log-in (( where relevant)) . The 20 survey multiple choice questions ( + answers) will be provided by 31 January 2012 it will not feature much material but will have a home page which will be littered with newspaper cuttings ( provided as PDFs ..and some should provide a link to the full article ). The database of 2000 CEO log-ins s will be in Excel format. Your job is to : design and commission the first stage of the website ( no log-in functionality ) for which 25% of the agreed cost will be paid as a milestone : design and commission the online survey with requisite log-in functionality . ( 75% paid ) Job must be completed by 7 January 2013
