143849 Newspaper/Letter Cover Design

I need someone with strong experience in designing a frontpage layout for a local newspaper with a final publication in hard copy. The layout is simply the design around the content with columns with individual articles and of course with the headline as we as the name of the newspaper. Also this person has to have experience with understanding the process from soft copy to hard copy and discrepancies to keep from going wrong at print time. This graphic need to be very clean, high quality to be printed without losing image quality in print shops. Please provide some sample layouts you've done in the past. Thanks. Additional Info (Added 5/30/2007 at 6:57 EST)... Just to clarify I need a finance/economy topic newspaper to print, be it in newspaper or newsletter format. But the header/headline is where the creativity I'm looking for. Here's the name of the newspaper/newsletter "Mi Bolsillo" (My Wallet in Spanish). If you want to add unique icons/images (very UNIQUE so that it's something they come to remember and associate the object/image with the newspaper), you're welcome to do so but as long as it doesn't distract the eyes away or obstruct the name of the newspaper. Hopefully this will clear this up a bit.
