Quick and simple site redesign - 2 html pages

Simple html / graphics design. All we want is a header which is loaded by php programs throughout the website and the main page redesigning from scratch. Note - I would actually like to create various different look and feels for similar websites as I am going to run several sites alongside each other using the same php system as a backend. Whoever does a good job on this one can also do the other sites. I want something fresh and better looking, not full of flash gimicks though. Although I am not averse to some kind of flash image scroller to show different samples. Please send sample links in pmb.
