Redesign our company's website

Our company offers CRM software designed for small businesses and individuals who manage multiple investments for themselves or, more often than not, with other co-investors. Commercial real estate investors are the primary market segment. We want to redesign the website located at www.conjecta.com. We want three pages redesigned: 1- The home page - language that describes what we do along with a short supporting video. Other than watching the video, the primary call-to-action should to be to "Add your first investment." 2- A Pricing page - we want this to display our various pricing plans and Q&A about pricing. 3- The signup page - we want a clean interface that makes it intuitive for users to signup and get started. The only data we need to create an account to get started is an email address, password, and first investment (text field). Similar to many applications, we want our application to use the same (or mostly the same) css as the public site since it's served from the same place and to promote a consistent look-and-feel. (Feel free to create an account in the existing app to see what it's like.) We'd like to keep the number of images and other elements that are hard to edit to a minimum since we don't have a designer on staff. We'd require that the design be coded using Bootstrap CSS ([login to view URL]) since our application uses that css. We like the website Trello ([login to view URL]) because there are not many calls-to-action, the supporting information is well organized and requires no additional pages, so think about that layout and styling as a guide.
