76960 Urgent 2 page Website Design

I urgently need a two page website design for a search engine on a tight budget. The search engine is www.planetsearch.info. As you will see it has 100 different country search engines. I have somebody building me a program so I will be able to change some of the content and have different background colours etc for each of the different country search engines. I need something that looks professional, stylish, corporate looking etc. If you check the PMB there is a document with the different bits of text, links etc that need to be included in the site and a rough idea of layout. If somebody does a very rough version so I can see their style, rough design etc and posts it on the PMB they get the gig.
