Web app custom UI HTML5

Hello freelancers: Please take a look at the attached mock-up (both as a PNG and as a balsamiq mockup). This will be an asp.net MVC application, and I need a single HTML5 template that reflects the mockup. This is just a one page, user interface view that will be part of an already existing template that already contains header, menu and footer, so you will be kind of making the "body" of that single page. I expect a very professional look, and also, I expect to be able to change the "skin" of the page; this is, just by changing the CSS, it would change the whole page color. I require 3 of these skins, so for example, say that the CSS file is called [login to view URL], so I can chage it to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and it will render the page using the referenced color.
