Web site redesign - logo / colors

I am looking for a designer to make a copy of my site with some changes. Namely - the site is currently tailored to American Expats. I want to make a copy that would be geared towards the military - it'll be called Army Taxes. Current site: [login to view URL] Your job consists of the following: Redesign the homepage, specifically: 1) New logo that would say "Army Taxes" and incorporate army logo: [login to view URL] in place of the current logo in the upper left corner 2) I'm thinking of replacing the current flash logo with the one that is currently on the About Us page of the site. If you have better ideas I'd like to hear them 3) Any other changes that you think would work - colors, etc I would ask you to submit your work (can be small size drawings just so I get an idea of what you are proposing). To be clear - I am not asking for images that I could use on the site before I accept your bid. I want to see your concept / plan and if I like it, then I'll pick your bid. Bids with no ideas / images submitted will not be considered.
