116685 Website Design HTML/CSS

Hi, I need a website designed having 4 basic html pages (home,portfolio,contact us, request a quote) with a logo. This is a web development company website therefore logo should be representing the web development company. (Company name and other details will be given to bid winner). Header should be good looking with four buttons (Home,Portfolio,Contact,Quote) and logo. There should also be a left navigation having same links (Home,Portfolio,Contact,Quote) then customer login box (username,password) below left navigation. Page headings should be good looking images (Welcome,Portfolio,Contact Us and Request a Quote) Contact Us and Request a Quote should have forms (we will edit the forms ourself). Template must use a CSS controlling all the text on site. Portfolio page should also be good looking with one website per row under a rounded box, snap on right and text on left. Terms: 1. I have thousands of free web templates but want a unique, therefore if a copy is given I will not pay. 2. Payment will be escrow after you show snap(jpeg with low resolution) of the design (not html). 3. Paynment will be released after you deliver html to us. 4. There is no Flash or programming needed therfore bids should be under the given range. 5. There is no hurry you can make it within 2 weeks but if work would be clean and neat you will get more web design projects by us (as we are a web development company we will hire you as our web designer) Your previous work can make you bid winner for this project.
