Need New Magento Theme SKIN

I have a magento website. I need a new color skin put on it. You can look at the original here. [login to view URL] I just need the header and footer and product cms page and category cms page to have this design. [login to view URL](only the blue version). I have PSDS and html/css versions for both. Since everything is being provided up front lowest bid will be considered first. You will not have to touch the logic code at all since this is just a color and css change. Must be willing to start immediately and have skype.
