I am reposting this project so that everyone can understand that the chosen programmer will have repeat work and will be treated as my long-term programmer for this site in partnership with my existing functional programmer to enhance existing functions and design new functions. This programmer will be more focused on visual design, workflow, and user experience. I am looking for a long-term programmer to improve an existing website. Must be very creative in helping to design the site and good at asthetic enhancements with little hand holding. I am not just looking for a coder, I am looking for a designer who can look at the existing site and suggest the necessary changes to improve the look and workflow of the site. The programmer will be used to help evolve the site going foward. If you are not able to review the site, understand how the site works, and then suggest improvements, please do not bid. First Project will be Visual and Workflow Improvments: Need programmer to improve the visual look, workflow, and user experience of the site. Will need excellent debugging skills to review all functions of the site and correct any errors or workflow issues. Must be good at adding the needed explainatory and documentation needed for users to know how to use the website. Next Project will be Functional Enhancements: Will need website functional enhancements to the site. Enhancements include: Enhance Calendar Function with ICal Syncronization to Mobile Phone or PC, Enhance Student Grade Tracking function, and Enhance Skills Tracking function. Next Project will be New Functionality: Design a Mentor scoring and Mentee matching function and a text chat / video chat function that works with the workflow of the site. Must be willing to communicate with current programmer for questions about existing code. The first project will be fixed bid so that I can see if you are the right programmer. After I find the right creative programmer who will help evolve the site not just write code, then we can discuss the next projects.
