Cut 2 newsletter designs into Aweber HTML Template

We have two newsletters in PSD format that were designed by our web design company. I want to have these two templates cut into templates that we can use in the Aweber easy editor. I want to be able to edit the text of the newsletter in Aweber and not have to use Photoshop again. We want to have click and open tracking for these newsletters, which is something we had in the pure HTML newsletter version they gave us. I want to keep the look and feel as close as possible to the originals, but slight variations due to limits of the Aweber editor are OK. PDF newsletter samples attached, I will supply PSDs for everything when project is awarded. Do not bid if you do not have specific experience with the Aweber template editor since it does not work the way other editors work.
